Conjugated linoleic acid from sunflower oil, D alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E). D alpha tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E acetate). Gelatine, Glycerine, Water. No trans fats, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, artificial colourants or flavourants.
Take one to three capsules twice daily 30min before a meal.
