No Show Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur, which may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, missed appointments with no valid reasoning can result in lost opportunities for other patients who could have been seen during the same time slot. As a result, we have implemented the following “no show” policy:

  1. Notification: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email. In the event of emergencies prior to your appointment a phone call to explain will suffice.
  2. Rescheduling: If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the treatment/consult price and require that the fee be paid prior to rescheduling your appointment.
  3. Repeat Offenses: If you miss more than two appointments or cancel more than twice with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to not reschedule any further appointments. If you still wish to schedule an appointment with the Practice then the appointment must be paid for upfront.

We hope that you can appreciate the need for this policy. We value your time and trust that you understand we are a busy Medical and Aesthetic Practice and need to optimize our time so that we can better serve the community.

    We are a Private Practice. We are not contracted with Medical Aids. All accounts to be settled before leaving the Centre. Patients can claim back from their Medical Aids using the invoice provided. Appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance with be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
