Apply Fresh Cell Conditioner from the roots to the ends of the hair. Massage into the scalp for 30 seconds and leave in for 2-3 minutes. Rinse out thoroughly. For the best results, use in conjunction with Fresh Cell Scalp Shampoo. Can be used daily.
