The Opti-Therm Thermal Eye Treatment Mask is an innovative, reusable eye therapy system that delivers both heat therapy and cold therapy using interchangeable gel packs.

Heat Therapy (Dry Eyes, MGD & Blepharitis)
Place the red heat packs in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds (900–1000W).
If additional warmth is needed, heat in 10-second intervals until comfortably warm.
Insert the heated packs into the eye mask pockets.
Place the mask over closed eyes and adjust the strap for comfort.
Relax for 10 minutes.
Use morning and evening for best results.
After warming, gently massage the eyelids through the mask to help express the meibomian glands if recommended by your eye care professional.
Cold Therapy (Puffy Eyes & Swelling)
Place the blue cold packs in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
Insert the chilled packs into the mask.
Place over closed eyes.
Relax for 10 minutes.
Repeat morning and evening if needed.
Important: Never place the blue cold packs in the microwave, as they may burst.
