Apply the Retinol to your skin after cleansing in the evening. Always make sure your skin is completely dry before applying this product. Do not use during the day.
Always introduce Retinol to the skin slowly if you have never used it before.
Start off by using it once a week, then twice a week, then three times a week and build-up to every night if your skin can tolerate it. Use it according to your skin tolerance. Some people can only use it once a week.
Retinols can cause slight irritation and flaking of the skin but this is usually a transient or temporary side-effect until the skin is tolerant.
Always use a sunscreen every day but it is more important than ever when using Retinol.
This product cannot be used if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or lactating.
