Tixel is a Thermal Fractional Skin Rejuvenation System powered by Thermo-Mechanical Ablation (TMA) technology. Tixel utilizes direct heat to create a controlled injury in the skin. As the skin heals it tightens. Results are comparable to that of CO2 and Erbium lasers.
Tixel is used for Skin Tightening as well as Product delivery. The ‘holes’ created allow us to deliver specific ingredients to the skin to treat various skin conditions. It is also used to assist in the treatment of Dry Eye Disease. The device transfers thermal energy to the skin around the eyes quickly and safely, in turn increasing lubrication and reducing tear evaporation via its effects on the meibomian glands.
Tixel can be combined with Botulinum Toxin to reduce pore size as well as Serums and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for skin rejuvenation.
