Lynette Brady is a Clinical Psychologist who graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. She has worked in corporate positions and in private practice for over 30 years and has a particular interest in women’s psychological health.
She works from a developmental perspective and is interested in helping patients understand patterns of behaviour which have been established in the past and which may be causing them pain.
The focus of her therapeutic work is to help patients live the best life possible and she combines the latest scientific research, like neuro-plasticity together with diet, exercise and appropriate pharmacological care.
Her therapeutic philosophy is aimed at creating healthy and resilient patients.
